5/5 Excellent
"It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient.
The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware.
The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. TV as well, and wifi.
I wish they had breakfast options, like egg and fruit salad. I always have to go to the supermarket first to get something to eat in the morning.
